Royal St Georges Golf Course

Royal St Georges, situated in Sandwich, Kent, is known as the English rival to the home of golf, St Andrews. Established and built in 1887, the course offered a weekend away on the coast to play a fantastic round of golf in the morning and then delightful lunch, followed by another round in the afternoon to top the day off. The course hosted the 2011 English Open and big names such as Tiger Woods and Luke Donald. This links course is exclusive and with immaculate greens and quilt-like fairways, it’s about as hard as it gets. The newly refurbished clubhouse is a favourite place for members to socialize between the rounds. After the first round your decision to come back couldn’t be simpler.
