This November there will be a lot of spectacular fireworks and bonfires all across the country, helping you to celebrate this year’s Bonfire with a BANG!

Birmingham’s main display is the city council’s Fireworks Spectacular at Pype Hayes Park in Erdington. It has a Disney theme this year and takes place on Tuesday, November 5. Wilson’s Funfair will bring rides galore, with one of the largest one day funfairs in the country. Free Radio make a long awaited return to the event with music and competitions, whilst juggling Inferno will entertain the waiting crowds with their fire dance show with performances at 6.30pm, 7.30pm and 8.30pm.

The 20 minute display of spectacular fireworks will be full of noise and colour set to music from 7.30pm. The best vantage points for the display is the area around the Beach Boulevard and along the Beach Esplanade.

On Friday November 1 is what claims to be the biggest Newcastle fireworks event in 2013 - Light Up at Newcastle Racecourse, with special guests Union J. Light Up will mix bands, fairground rides and fireworks and will be hosted by Gary and Lisa from Real Radio. Gates open at 4.30pm, bands start at 5.30pm and Union J will hit the stage at 7.15pm. The fireworks then start at 8pm for 15 minutes.

Liverpool fireworks and bonfire displays are set to make sure Tuesday November 5 2013 goes off with a bang across Merseyside. Thousands of families are expected to flock to organised displays which are taking place in parks and other venues across Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Wirral and Knowsley. As in previous years, the fireworks displays will be at Sefton Park and Newsham Park. All the displays will start around 7.30pm.

The amazing fireworks of Alexandra Palace are finally returning on the 2 November after a four year absence. Prepare yourself for an exciting festival filled with extraordinary entertainment, ice rink, great food and a family-friendly funfair. And of course the UK’s largest German bier festival will be back too, where grown-ups can enjoy real ales, traditional Bavarian food and live music until 11pm. In honour of Alexandra Park’s 150th year organisers have hired Star Fireworks, recently crowned British Fireworks Champions 2013, to create an unforgettable night.
